The role of HR Advisor at a dynamic organisation offers variety and purpose within a values-led environment.

This position provides the chance to make a meaningful contribution in a supportive setting, combining hands-on recruitment and core HR advisory support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: advertising, screening, scheduling and candidate communication
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to coordinate a smooth interview and selection process
  • Maintain ATS records and ensure a positive candidate experience
Generalist HR Support:
  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues and case management
  • Assist with onboarding and contract preparation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Respond to day-to-day HR queries and provide guidance in line with policy and legislation
About You:
  • Previous experience in HR advisory roles, ideally within healthcare or community settings
  • Exposure to ER casework and confident providing first-line advice
  • Familiarity with relevant Awards – particularly the SCHADS Award
  • Experience using HRIS systems (Employment Hero highly regarded)
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference
