**Your Role**

As a growing business, we need an enthusiastic and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team of high-performing individuals in placing doctors in permanent roles across Australia.

This is an opportunity to make an impact in communities across Australia. We will provide training and support for you to be successful in this role.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in agency recruitment
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is desirable but not essential
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop collaborative relationships with individuals and organisations
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Enjoy working in a high-performing team
- Organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Proven experience in a busy workplace, able to work autonomously and complete work to time frames
- Proficiency with new technologies and systems, with a desire to grow and develop your recruitment career
