Job Description:

The Business Growth Manager role offers a unique opportunity to support senior leaders in executing the firm's growth strategy and high-value opportunities. You will be exposed to high-value conversations and decision-making, gaining insight into how the firm drives growth.

As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating meetings, agendas, and stakeholder communications. You will also manage pipelines and track client engagement, analyse data, research market and client trends, and prepare presentations. In addition, you will support internal communications and reporting, drive process improvements, and leverage collaboration tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in business development or administration within professional services.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint).
  • Commercial acumen and a growth mindset.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
