We have an exciting opportunity for a Career Manager to join our Customer Success team. As a Career Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the professional development and advancement of our consultants.

In this newly created role, you will embark on an initiative designed to invest in and support the growth of our consultants. You will be responsible for proactively guiding and empowering consultants to develop capabilities in their roles while aligning talent strategies with organizational goals.

This is an opportunity to drive operational excellence within Customer Success by developing frameworks, processes, documentations, and guides to establish the role within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement career management programs to support consultants' professional growth, skill development, and career progression.
  • Lead the creation and execution of training and engagement opportunities to advance consultants' careers.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for consultants, offering guidance and facilitating career growth, performance management, and proactive feedback.
  • Oversee and improve systems and processes to develop, evaluate, and retain top talent.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with global leaders to align talent initiatives with regional needs and metrics.

As a Career Manager, you will be the consultant's advocate in the performance management process, administering and enhancing processes for feedback, performance reviews, and promotion calibrations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to navigate challenging situations.
