We are looking for a People Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing career development strategies that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and workplace relations legislation. They will also possess excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong communication skills with attention to detail.

As a People Development Manager, you will work closely with people leaders to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture. You will also analyze people metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, driving data-informed decision-making.

  • Career Development: Create career development strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Learning Initiatives: Design and implement learning initiatives that empower employees to continuously improve and grow within the company.
  • Performance Reviews: Manage performance reviews, probationary assessments, and career milestone processes, ensuring consistency and fairness.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to develop and execute an early-career program, including a graduate program, to attract and nurture emerging talent.
