We are seeking a Career Development Consultant to join our team. Located in Parramatta NSW, you will be joining a highly experienced team to deliver career advice to clients in the local community.

About the Role

  • Provide one on one career advice and pathway support to clients
  • Develop and maintain relevant knowledge of contract requirements
  • Work collaboratively with partner organisations
  • Maintain a presence in the community developing networks and links

About You

  • Genuine desire to have a positive impact by providing career advice
  • Working knowledge in career development and advice
  • Experience working with secondary education system / VET sector is highly desirable
  • Strong influencing skills / proven written communication skills
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Full drivers licence
