You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sales, and career growth opportunities. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Client Sales Executive.
About the Role
In this role, you will have key responsibilities:
- Providing customer support via inbound phone calls;
- Sourcing quotes and providing recommendations to clients;
- Upselling to existing clients other lines of insurance; and
- Managing relationships with Insurers and internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements
A genuine passion for delivering a superior level of customer service;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Strong computer literacy on both Microsoft and other platforms;
A polished and professional presentation;
Demonstrable sales and customer service experience;
A willingness to learn, completing studies in a timely manner; and
A desire to build a career for yourself.
