
Office Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement business policies and procedures that align with our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
- Monitor staff adherence to HR policies such as time attendance, absence recording, and vacation planning, liaising with internal management and Group HR as required.
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations including scheduling, bookings, and business travel arrangements.
- Welcome visitors, organize meeting venues, and ensure all necessary arrangements are made.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement to support daily operations.
- Execute administrative tasks within HR, Finance, Procurement, PR, and IT functions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of local HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes as guided by the organization.
- Address facility-related inquiries and activities to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Collaborate with external providers to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Design and maintain archives and filing systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accessibility for colleagues.
- Establish and monitor record-keeping procedures to maintain data security, integrity, and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar business operations role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to build trust and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
