Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Operations Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the friendly, professional face of our organisation, greeting clients, visitors, and contractors.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and coordinating meeting room bookings.
  • Maintaining the presentation, security, and functionality of our office spaces.
  • Supporting office repairs, contractor coordination, and health & safety processes.
  • Handling mail, deliveries, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintaining building security protocols and access cards.
  • Supporting compliance and incident reporting, including WHS and emergency procedures.

You'll Bring:

  • A personable and professional manner with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing reception or administration role, ideally in a corporate setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A self-motivated, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Confidence in engaging with colleagues and service providers at all levels.
  • Sound IT skills, particularly with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
