We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality support services to the Deputy Secretary and their office.
About the Role- Manage the Deputy Secretary's calendar and email inbox with precision, ensuring timely coordination of meetings and correspondence.
- Coordinate workflow across the division efficiently, maintaining effective communication channels and resolving issues promptly.
- Undertake discreet and confidential tasks and projects with autonomy, utilizing expertise to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and the community, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Provide timely coordination of meeting briefs and papers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate with integrity, confidentiality, and autonomy in managing communication between the Deputy Secretary, key stakeholders, and the community.
- Support senior executive meetings, divisional meetings, events, and committees with expertise, promoting effective collaboration and decision-making.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated understanding of government processes and procedures, with experience in coordinating administrative tasks and projects.
- Ability to form and maintain positive working relationships, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required, with a strong commitment to upholding Australian values and principles.
