
Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in an operations coordinator role. As a key member of the support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office activities.
Your primary focus will be on providing administrative support, including but not limited to:
- Main point of contact for admin-related enquiries
- Ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate new project filing and set up project folders/MS Teams
- Provide administrative support for printing/photocopying and correspondence
- Assist with basic IT requests and queries
- Manage staff travel arrangements
- Coordinate staff meetings
- Undertake ad hoc tasks to support business operations
You will also play a key role in managing preboarding/onboarding processes and coordinate exit interviews.
Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating compliance documentation when securing new work, creating new jobs in the Financial Management System, processing monthly invoicing, and following up on SOX compliance requirements.
We are looking for someone who is professionally qualified in a relevant field and has 1-2 years' experience working in a finance or business administration role. You should have intermediate user skills in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Office Suite, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft D365.
