Key Responsibilities:

As a HR Business Partner, your primary responsibility will be the development and implementation of human resources programs, policies, processes, and procedures within your portfolio.

  • Aligning human resources programs/initiatives with business objectives and global people strategy to attract, retain, and reward employees.
  • Partnering with managers to provide strategic and operational HRM and ER advice and counsel.
  • Contributing to effective and proactive employee engagement through clearly communicating and implementing HR initiatives and effectively managing grievances and/or investigations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
  • At least 7 years' experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Experience in a similar role, working for a global organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and offer pragmatic solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and advise on ER matters.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, Ability to influence key stakeholders, negotiate, and resolve conflict.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in Defence Industry – desirable.
  • Experience with HRIS, Workday – highly desirable.
