Key Responsibilities:As a HR Business Partner, your primary responsibility will be the development and implementation of human resources programs, policies, processes, and procedures within your portfolio.
- Aligning human resources programs/initiatives with business objectives and global people strategy to attract, retain, and reward employees.
- Partnering with managers to provide strategic and operational HRM and ER advice and counsel.
- Contributing to effective and proactive employee engagement through clearly communicating and implementing HR initiatives and effectively managing grievances and/or investigations.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- At least 7 years' experience in Human Resource Management.
- Experience in a similar role, working for a global organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and offer pragmatic solutions.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and advise on ER matters.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, Ability to influence key stakeholders, negotiate, and resolve conflict.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in Defence Industry – desirable.
- Experience with HRIS, Workday – highly desirable.
