About the Role

CFC is seeking a highly skilled Australian Cyber Development Manager to join our team and drive our national business development function forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and scaling a world-class Cyber sales team, working closely with our existing development, underwriting, and incident response teams to drive broker engagement and support our ambitious growth trajectory in Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and insurance partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives and expand CFC's market share in the Australian Cyber insurance market.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.
  4. Provide expert guidance and support to brokers and partners on Cyber insurance products and services.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging risks to ensure CFC remains a leader in the Cyber insurance market.

About You

We're looking for a driven and ambitious individual with a strong background in business development, sales, and Cyber insurance. You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You'll also have a deep understanding of the Cyber insurance market, its trends, and its challenges.
