About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Designer to join our team at RMIT University's Centre for Cyber Security Research and Innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing cyber training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, workbooks, checklists, and online training modules.

The goal of the training is to enhance cyber security awareness and capability for various audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning management systems, authoring tools, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review various cyber security frameworks and content to determine their applicability for different audiences.
  • Translate frameworks or content into various training formats, including writing, editing, and formatting content.
  • Assist in developing briefing documentation for stakeholders and preparing presentations to communicate project findings.
  • Help manage project timelines and ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools, including Canvas and Articulate.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
