Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of biddable experts, ensuring quality implementation planning and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a senior consultant to clients, providing guidance on activation and performance management.
  • Take accountability for talent management, including reviews, training, coaching, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and establish strong relationships with media, data, and technology partners.
  • Contribute to great teamwork in your immediate team and support national initiatives to improve key indicators.
What You'll Spend Your Time Doing:
  • People: 40% of your time will be spent on team workflow, training, and motivation.
  • Product: 30% of your time will be dedicated to defining and delivering best practice, supervising team output, and contributing to product development.
  • Client: 15% of your time will be spent on leading key client relationships, ensuring team output meets standards, and driving best practice and innovation.
  • Commercial: 15% of your time will be focused on delivering client investment, identifying commercial opportunities, and providing robust forecasting.
