Strategic Vessel Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our vessel operations department by providing expert support in delivering strategic objectives.

  • Engage with customers to best understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of all vessel contracts and register them in a centralized database for seamless tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize customer outcomes and deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Provide timely quality reports to customers as per contractual requirements, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Support the chartering team with data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance overall performance.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and expertise in vessel operations or a related field. Prior offshore experience is desirable but not essential.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • University qualification in a relevant field such as business, commerce, or maritime studies would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, is mandatory.
  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and time management skills are required to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
