Job Opportunity:

This position is situated in Dampier, Western Australia. The primary work location will be in an office setting with occasional travel to vessels as part of operations. Key tasks involve managing a high volume of communications, stakeholder interaction, and vessel operations coordination in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vessel activities from planning arrivals to berthing, loading, and departures in collaboration with port stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate data input to support operational processes.
  • (Handle high volumes of emails and utilize systems such as SEDNA, Excel, Teams, WASP, ESS (ICE), ICS, MARS, and Klein & Logistics Connect effectively.)
  • Perform administrative duties within an open office setting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive team environment.
  • Engage with international crews and stakeholders, requiring strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Manage confidential information professionally and maintain clear lines of communication for issue resolution.
  • Board vessels to assist with operations and ensure smooth communication.
  • Work on a rotating shift pattern to accommodate operational needs, providing variety and some flexibility.
