Global Marketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the development and execution of our global marketing strategy for the CORE product category. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market share, and strengthening our brand presence globally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of channel and reseller marketing, with proven experience in campaign delivery that generates real demand. They will possess excellent copywriting and communications skills, with an eye for creating content that resonates with our target audience.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute the global marketing strategy for the CORE product category, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Create and deliver high-quality content, campaigns, product messaging, and go-to-market assets that engage and convert our target audience.
  • Support global sales teams with effective enablement tools, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with distributors and resellers to maximize reach and sales, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
  • Maintain and improve marketing collateral – print, video, case studies, web content – to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance using HubSpot, Salesforce, and web analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, hardware, or channel environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that drive real demand and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of channel and reseller marketing, with expertise in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting and communications skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to manage multiple global stakeholders and adapt messages to local markets, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
  • High levels of ownership, accountability, and commercial awareness, with a strong focus on driving business results.
