About the Role- This is a key role within our organisation, reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team.
- You will be responsible for driving our brand identity, market positioning, and user engagement across all channels.
- Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that showcases our organisation's unique value proposition.
As a seasoned marketer, you will have a strong understanding of brand strategy, execution, and measurement. You will also possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to drive marketing initiatives and measure results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with our organisation's vision and strategic goals.
- Drive the profile and recognition of our organisation in communities through national, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Shape and strengthen brand identity, market positioning, and user engagement across all channels.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximise impact.
- Track, analyse and report on marketing performance and platform metrics.
- Strong experience in brand strategy and execution.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to drive marketing initiatives and measure results.
