Lead Marketing Strategist

This is a high-level leadership position focused on driving strategic growth and scaling a tech-driven business through innovative market strategies, effective brand positioning, and robust digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive market strategy and brand positioning plans to increase brand visibility and audience reach
  • Create and implement user acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth and scale the platform
  • Oversee paid advertising, content marketing, influencer outreach, and community-building initiatives to enhance digital engagement and brand awareness
  • Identify and implement monetization models, sponsorship opportunities, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth
  • Develop investor pitch decks, storytelling strategies, and lead fundraising efforts to secure investment and drive growth
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing, product adoption, and business operations to optimize performance and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in startup growth, business strategy, digital marketing, or investment/fundraising with a strong track record of success
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to execute and scale a tech-driven business
  • Experience in securing funding, investor relations, and business development with a deep understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, results-driven, and committed to long-term success
