We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead to deliver data-driven campaigns, brand-aligned marketing initiatives, and enhance customer journeys.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute Ground Transport go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Act as a marketing SME on projects, offering expert guidance and feedback for alignment with the airport's brand.
  • Develop and execute B2C Property marketing strategy and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and agencies to deliver engaging and effective campaigns.
  • Partner with business units to launch new products according to project milestones.
  • Oversee signage design, installation, and removal where required.
  • Optimise digital marketing activities with the Digital Marketing Manager to build online presence and drive conversions.
  • Manage Ground Transport marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and clear reporting of key variances.
  • Monitor marketing performance using data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field, with at least 6 years of industry experience.
  • Demonstrated success in campaign development, marketing strategy, and driving commercial outcomes.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and assessing ROI.
  • Skilled communicator, capable of presenting marketing strategies and insights clearly and persuasively.
  • Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders across strategic and operational levels.
  • Comfortable analysing and interpreting data to generate actionable insights.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
