Role Overview

The Administrative Coordinator will provide essential support to the Head of Virtual Administration Services, ensuring smooth operations within the department.

This position entails the collection and management of critical data that will inform strategic decisions within the Virtual Administration Services sector. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, data analysis related to service level agreements, quality assurance, budgeting, and resource management, along with various office management duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate staff onboarding processes, including equipment testing and training coordination.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on key performance indicators and other measurable metrics.
  • Organize team-building activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage annual leave allocations and develop associated processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Head of Virtual Administration Services and the broader team to ensure alignment and support.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute-taking as necessary.
  • Keep the Head of Virtual Administration Services informed of significant organizational matters during their absence.
  • Maintain a calendar of events impacting Virtual Administration Services.
  • Provide assistance to the Executive Assistant with travel arrangements and related tasks.
  • Complete any other reasonable work-related requests.
