As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of global customers with complex supply chain requirements.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate customers, responding to their needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong existing corporate customer relationships
* Respond to corporate customer RFI, RFQ, and Tenders
* Respond to escalations and coordinate with different departments to deliver quality service to corporate customers
* Conduct QBRs for corporate clientele
* Develop effective pricing strategies to sustain profitable growth
* Develop Supply Chain Management solutions
* Develop sales plans/strategies/activities to achieve target budgets
* Conduct high-quality presentations of standardized products to customers
* Negotiate with customers on complex supply chain solutions

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a senior-level account management role
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to negotiate with customers on complex supply chain solutions
* Experience in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
