Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Secretarial Senior Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for providing a full range of corporate secretarial and administrative services to our client entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of company secretarial and administration duties to our client entities, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and local statutory rules.
  • Handle business filing with regulatory bodies.
  • Manage relationships with our clients and other related service providers, including auditors and tax agents.
  • Follow up with clients on compliance checks and requirements.
  • Perform due diligence on clients with regular review.
  • Track client requests until completion.
  • Monitor register of registrable controllers' updates from clients.
  • Basic drafting of resolutions and corporate secretarial documents.
  • Any other ad hoc secretarial duties.

Requirements

  • You are meticulous, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Diploma/degree in any discipline.
  • You have a minimum of 5+ years of administrative/corporate secretarial work.
  • Good command in English, verbally and written.
  • You have the ability to prioritize, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle clients professionally.
  • You combine the commitment to quality and the management of business risks with the ability to take initiative.
  • You are independent and possess strong written and communication skills.
  • You are able to work collaboratively in a team.
