Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of corporate clients, providing proactive account management and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing corporate and mid-market accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurable risk profile and identify appropriate risk transfer solutions.
- Design and implement risk transfer solutions, requiring technical expertise across all general insurance lines.
- Manage relationships with underwriting partners locally and overseas.
- Manage your own budget, sales plan, and debtors.
- Drive new business development through your sales plan and assist the National Sales team as required.
- Contribute to the development of junior staff through mentoring and coaching.
- Promote the company brand within the local business community, region, and nationally.
Requirements
- Strong account management experience gained within general commercial insurance.
- Excellent time management and stakeholder engagement across all levels.
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, complemented by a driven, passionate, and professional disposition.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to build a long-term pipeline to support new business growth.
- A proven track record of delivering both financial and operational results.
