Senior Corporate Accountant

Your Opportunity
As a Senior Finance Analyst - Corporate, you will contribute to the preparation of financial information for our Group, SGT1/SGT2 consolidated groups, and Subtrust entities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including other Scentre Group Finance teams, Tax, Legal, external Auditors, and JV Partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the half-year and year-end financial reporting process for the stapled Trusts, including delivering soft-close, financial consolidation, half-year, and annual financial reports, cash flow statements, disclosures, and supporting analysis in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare Group property income analysis supporting consolidated results.
* Prepare income tax calculations.
* Prepare Subtrust financial statements and unit issues.
* Monthly GL close, including intercompany and bank reconciliations, BAS preparation, and Sydney Subtrust accounts.
