Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor.

In this role, you will work within a busy general practice, providing legal advice to a variety of commercial clients.

You will have the knowledge and opportunity to work across multiple areas, including commercial contracts, leasing, land titling, and franchisee agreements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing legal advice to commercial entities
  • Experience with joint venture and partnership structuring
  • Understanding and experience with commercial dispute resolution
  • Sound knowledge in identifying and assessing commercial risks
