We are seeking an accomplished contract professional to manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts. This includes negotiation, drafting, and review. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms.
Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Negotiate and draft high-quality contracts with suppliers, customers, and other third parties.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic advice.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in contracts.
- Contract Dispute Resolution: Handle disputes and provide guidance on resolving contractual issues.
- 6+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements: Candidates must be able to maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
