We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist to join our legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing legal risks and commercial drivers and communicating complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice on procurement, customer sales, service agreements, and M&A activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assess and advise on legal risks while supporting the business in its management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on legal matters and compliance procedures.
- A qualified lawyer or solicitor with 1-4 years of post-admission experience.
- Experience with commercial contracts and knowledge of competition and consumer law is a plus.
- Ability to advise stakeholders on legal risks and commercial contracts effectively.
- Strong judgment, pragmatic approach, and ability to align legal advice with commercial decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex legal issues clearly and practically.
- Work with world-class clients, including F100 and ASX-listed organisations.
- Flexibility to work remotely or in the office.
