Commercial Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist to join our legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing legal risks and commercial drivers and communicating complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on procurement, customer sales, service agreements, and M&A activities.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Assess and advise on legal risks while supporting the business in its management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on legal matters and compliance procedures.
Requirements
  • A qualified lawyer or solicitor with 1-4 years of post-admission experience.
  • Experience with commercial contracts and knowledge of competition and consumer law is a plus.
  • Ability to advise stakeholders on legal risks and commercial contracts effectively.
  • Strong judgment, pragmatic approach, and ability to align legal advice with commercial decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex legal issues clearly and practically.
