We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will play a vital role in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and partnering with businesses to deliver training solutions that meet the needs of local industries.
About the Role- Promote and grow partnerships with employers and industry stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Represent Novaskill at industry events, training expos, and community initiatives to promote our training and employment solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to tailor training solutions that meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and track sales activity, pipeline growth, and market insights.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong knowledge of local industry trends to identify opportunities and develop effective training solutions.
- A current driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
