The role of this position involves guiding and supporting a high-performing team to deliver exceptional support, helping clients build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful sustainable work.

This includes translating program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader with a passion for mentoring others and driving performance.

  • Mentor and support a high-performing team, driving results and fostering growth.
  • Ensure the ongoing development of the team to build a deeper understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
  • Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
  • Build strong partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.
