Workforce Scheduler Role
This role will provide an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, scheduling services and arranging annual / personal leave coverage for a group of Community Care staff members.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, articulate, with an eye for detail and able to think outside the box. They will have a 'can do' attitude and self-directed initiative, with the ability to multi-task and problem solve under pressure, whilst remaining composed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling services and arranging annual / personal leave coverage
- Providing high-level organisation and attention to detail
- Developing and nurturing positive relationships with staff and clients
- Communicating effectively with empathy and respect
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in relevant field preferred
- Experience maintaining and updating a scheduling database preferred, however full training will be provided
- Microsoft Office Suite and Procura Software experience is desirable
- Strong professional interpersonal skills - both verbal and written;
- The right to work in Australia
- National Police Clearance
- Working with Children Clearance (as per state regulations)
- Be available for Full Time Work
- Proof of COVID Vaccination
