Workforce Scheduler Role

This role will provide an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, scheduling services and arranging annual / personal leave coverage for a group of Community Care staff members.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, articulate, with an eye for detail and able to think outside the box. They will have a 'can do' attitude and self-directed initiative, with the ability to multi-task and problem solve under pressure, whilst remaining composed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling services and arranging annual / personal leave coverage
  • Providing high-level organisation and attention to detail
  • Developing and nurturing positive relationships with staff and clients
  • Communicating effectively with empathy and respect

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in relevant field preferred
  • Experience maintaining and updating a scheduling database preferred, however full training will be provided
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Procura Software experience is desirable
  • Strong professional interpersonal skills - both verbal and written;
  • The right to work in Australia
  • National Police Clearance
  • Working with Children Clearance (as per state regulations)
  • Be available for Full Time Work
  • Proof of COVID Vaccination
