We are seeking a passionate, driven professional to join our Gladstone team as a Workforce Retention Consultant. In this newly created role,you will support clients after they start work, helping them to stay employed in the long term.

What you will be doing:

  • Retention Support and Planning, conduct workplace assessments to identify client support needs and develop targeted action plans
  • Client and Employer Servicing, maintain regular contact with clients and employers to monitor progress and support needs
  • Claims management, monitor earnings and hours and manage claim tracking
  • Customised Employment, negotiate tailored opportunities with employers
What you'll need to succeed:
  • A passion for inclusive employment and a genuine commitment to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Relevant experience in employment services, community engagement, recruitment, or workforce development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you'll be working with people from all walks of life
  • Proven ability to build relationships with job seekers, employers, and community stakeholders
  • Adaptability and initiative – this is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged
  • Understanding of local labour markets and barriers to employment in regional communities.
  • A current driver's license and the ability to travel locally as required
