Job Title: Service Desk AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our Technology Engineering team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related matters across the company.
In this role, you will:
- Respond to phone calls and tickets raised in the ITSM system
- Evaluate each ticket's priority and escalate any issues that require further assistance
- Provide updates on the current status of support issues to customers
- Offer setup and support for end-users with laptop/desktop, mobile phone, and tablet devices
- Conduct research to provide information on technology issues to the team
- Monitor application performance, investigate failures, and exceptions
- Share regular updates on daily operations
- Create and update knowledge bases, FAQs, and procedures related to systems, services, or applications
To succeed as a Service Desk Analyst at My NRMA, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience providing technical support in a corporate environment
- A successful completion of an ITIL Foundation or equivalent certificate level qualification (preferred but not essential)
- An intermediate to advanced understanding and skills with Office 365 applications
- Experience supporting Avaya phone systems, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 certification, and Jira Service Management (preferred but not essential)
- Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
