Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow-ups, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Quoting and Booking: Ensure consistent quoting across the state for charter work, process bookings in alignment with customer needs and preferences, and handle initial charter and customer enquiries with professionalism.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in promoting business initiatives and achievements, and coordinate onsite events and functions as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, support the Sales Manager and Sales Specialists, and aid in providing timely and accurate monthly and ad-hoc reports to their manager.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or general administration.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effectiveness in a team setting, demonstrating strong integrity and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a positive, adaptable approach to changing work conditions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internal systems.
