The Role:
We're excited to be recruiting for a superstar Administration Manager who will provide support to the wider Centre Management Team. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced organisation that is always ensuring the highest standard of service delivery is met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the general reception area and greet incoming parties and calls
- Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Prepare and process internal and external accounts
- Attend to tenant service requests promptly
- Deal with invoices, overtime allocation, and new contractor management
- Perform administration tasks, including checking photocopiers and distributing mail
- Prepare monthly expense reconciliations and invoicing of monthly charges to tenants
- Maintain team calendars and organise meetings
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in an administration role providing support to a team
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients
- Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Pro-active and strong use of initiative
