Tilford Auto Group is a proudly Tasmanian family-owned company, dedicated to serving the community as a leading provider of automotive solutions.
We are seeking an experienced and committed Administration professional to join our team based in Hobart. If you possess a broad range of administrative skills, basic accounting understanding, a 'can do' attitude, and enjoy working in a supportive and collaborative setting, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning;
- Financial administration including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliation;
- Maintain accurate and organised records, including data entry, filing and managing important documents with confidentiality and attention to detail;
- Develop, implement and streamline administrative processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity; and
- Other generalist administrative support and reception relief as required
