Uniform Coordinator Opportunity at The Star Entertainment Group

We are seeking an experienced Uniform Coordinator to join our team at The Star Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring all staff uniforms are prepared and ready for their shifts.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Uniform Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high presentation standards and promoting a positive experience for our team members.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our team members, ensuring that uniform quality and cleanliness meet our high standards.
  • Support the Wardrobe Supervisor with daily operations, including assigning and allocating uniforms to new recruits.
  • Assist in periodical uniform stock takes and maintain organisation of garments.
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of other team members, contractors, and be aware of any equipment faults.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Wardrobe and/or Housekeeping functions, demonstrating an understanding of operational needs in these areas.
  • Knowledge of laundry and understanding different types of fabric (desired but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability in all tasks.
  • Flexible availability to work across a 24/7 roster.
