Warehouse Coordinator Opportunity at dnata Catering


We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Coordinator to join our Sydney Airport team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient receipt and storage of goods.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of goods to meet the needs of our catering operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are up to date
  • Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure smooth delivery of goods
  • Implement and maintain hygiene and quality standards
  • Anticipate and resolve operational challenges proactively


Requirements:

  • Valid forklift license
  • Familiarity with HACCP/Food Safety, QSAI, and WHS (desirable)
  • Proficiency in warehouse operations and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and product knowledge
  • Availability for full-time hours and a clear national police check
