Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator

Hyatt Regency Sydney, Australia's largest hotel, is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator to join our team. We are a leading hotel chain that offers a haven of relaxation for business or leisure travelers.

About the Role:

As a Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Director of Food and Beverage and the Food and Beverage team, ensuring seamless operations in our outlets. Your responsibilities will include managing outlet emails, developing promotional materials, and executing special events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage team
  • Manage outlet emails and ensure compliance with Hyatt standards
  • Develop promotional materials for wine and promotional dinners
  • Execute special events, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and New Year's Eve
  • Establish a client base for repeat business
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage team to produce industry and guest wine and promotional dinners
  • Maintain calendars and appointment logs for the F&B management team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one-two years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of F&B operations is preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid NSW RSA is essential
  • Full Australian work rights is essential
