We are seeking a full-time Medical Support Coordinator to work across our Albury clinics. As the face of our organisation, you will deliver exceptional customer service and high standards of care to our patients, referrers, and community.

The successful candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. They will be tech-savvy, with advanced computer and keyboard skills, and possess a positive attitude that builds rapport with patients, staff, and professionals easily.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls and providing a friendly, professional voice to patients and referrers
  • Scheduling appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage
  • Managing appointments and maximising efficiency
  • Actioning patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams
  • Communicating with patients about preparation, costing estimates, and other requirements

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience
