About the Role:

The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a skilled Wardrobe Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our property's operations, you will be responsible for ensuring all team members' uniforms are prepared and ready for their day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to team members, maintaining the quality and cleanliness of garments.
  • Assist the Wardrobe Supervisor with daily operations, including assigning and allocating uniforms to new recruits.
  • Conduct periodical uniform stock takes and maintain organization of garments.
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of other team members, contractors, and be aware of any conveyor belts and other equipment faults.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Wardrobe and/or Housekeeping functions, demonstrating an understanding of operational needs in these areas.
  • Knowledge in laundry and understanding different kinds of fabric (desired but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability in all tasks.
  • Flexible availability to work across a 24/7 roster.
