Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving claims in a timely and professional manner. They will also be required to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or mail
  • Investigate and resolve claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A strong background in the insurance industry, preferably with experience in claims handling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
