
Claims Resolution Professional

We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of others.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting workers and employers with the claim process, providing support in the completion of relevant documents, and ensuring timely access to required services. You will also be working closely with Injury Management Specialists and Technical Specialists to achieve the optimum outcome of early sustainable return to work for workers with reasonable claim costs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong customer relationships and provide high-level customer service to all parties including workers, employers, providers, stakeholders, families and support networks.
- Provide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand, including options about any claim, entitlements, obligations and responsibilities.
- Undertake ongoing entitlement reviews in relation to weekly payments and medical expenses.
- Collaborate with other technical and support experts to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- 3+ years' experience in personal injury, life insurance or workers compensation working on complex cases.
- Understanding of the legislation and regulatory framework relevant to Workers Insurance.
