About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Nick Scali Furniture. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and excellence across our Victoria region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of showroom managers and team members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Sales Coaching: Utilize your exceptional coaching skills to drive sales outcomes and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate showroom teams to achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of showroom teams.
  • Roster Management: Manage rosters to maximize showroom staff coverage and ensure seamless customer service.
  • Customer Traffic: Identify opportunities to drive customer traffic into showrooms and increase sales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising to create an engaging and immersive customer experience.
About You
  • Experience: Significant multi-site retail management experience with a strong track record of driving sales growth and excellence.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Coaching Skills: Exceptional coaching skills to drive sales outcomes and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience in similar premium showroom environments with a strong understanding of luxury furniture sales.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: High levels of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all aspects of sales performance.
