About the Role

Permhunt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the APAC region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets, focusing on distributor and customer satisfaction, product adoption, and building a strong regional customer reference base.
  • Distributor and Customer Management: Manage distributors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key influencer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support new product launches and promotional activities, and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and financial reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in the medical device industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree: Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
  • Previous Sales Management Experience: Previous experience as a sales manager, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
