As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective members to understand their governance, professional development, and directorship goals.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify member needs and pathways for growth to achieve their professional aspirations.
- Research and manage leads to enhance business outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth through targeted engagement opportunities.
- Determine and cross-sell appropriate products and services to meet members' needs, participating in campaigns when required.
- Identify members at risk and take prompt action to mitigate potential issues.
- Resolve member complaints efficiently.
- Provide insightful data reports to support business decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records.
- Strong analytical skills and previous relevant experience.

- Experience working in sales, customer service, or education environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and partnerships with clients.
- The capacity to influence and communicate effectively with senior executives.
- A proven track record of increasing revenue through lead conversion.

- Credit management and MS Office expertise.
- Able to collaborate and work as part of a high-performing team.
