
Strategic Workforce Development Lead

The opportunity involves working in a practice that specialises in organisational transformation, delivering people and change solutions to help businesses adapt and grow. Roles may be filled at either consultant or manager level, with involvement across workforce and HR transformations from strategy to delivery of lasting impact.
As a consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients and colleagues to design and deliver solutions, develop your consulting skills, and contribute to impactful transformation programs. As a manager, you will lead project teams, guide clients as a trusted advisor, and take ownership for delivering outcomes and growing talent within the practice.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to or lead the design and delivery of strategic workforce plans and operating model designs informed by data and technology.
- Build strong client relationships and operate as a trusted advisor across people, culture, and change programs.
- Identify and shape future skill and capability needs across industries and workforce segments.
- Drive change management and HR transformation engagements from design through implementation.
- Support business development activities — from proposal writing to client presentations and account growth.
- Contribute to internal practice development by creating frameworks, methodologies, and thought leadership.
- Consultants: Minimum 2 years' relevant experience, ideally with exposure to a consulting environment.
- Managers: Minimum 5 years' experience, with at least 1 year in a consulting firm.
- Experience delivering projects in one or more of the following areas: Organisational Change Management; HR Transformation / Digital HR; Operating Model and Organisation Design.
