Job Opportunity

The position of Workforce Capability Leader exists for a seasoned professional to provide expert advice and strategic leadership to key stakeholders across the organisation.

As part of the Workforce Capability team, you will be responsible for operational management of the Learning Management System which supports the function.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing Workforce Capability strategies, frameworks, tools and reporting mechanisms
  • Providing high-level consultancy services on Workforce matters with timely and authoritative advice
  • Building partnerships across all levels of the organisation and with external partners using written and interpersonal skills

Collaboration with the broader Workforce leadership group is essential to ensure timely delivery of Workforce services.
