About the RoleThis position involves providing expert human resources advice, consultancy and services relating to talent acquisition and recruitment matters. You will lead significant projects to support effective HR practices and develop strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide well-developed, compliant and contemporary human resources advice and services.
- Lead and coordinate delivery of recruitment services and talent acquisition actions from the Strategic Workforce Plan.
- Develop and enhance your knowledge of contemporary HR practice, leadership skills and HR content.
You will have:
- Comprehensive HR and recruitment discipline knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to strategic HR projects.
- Thought leadership to identify emerging issues and provide expert technical advice.
- Relationship-building skills.
